Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Limited Edition prints are made to your order as single bespoke numbered pieces and therefore non refundable once payment has been made.

We hope that you will always be pleased with your purchase, but in the unlikely event you receive your print and it does not meet your expectation, please let us know so we can try to remedy the issue in a positive way.

Occasionally we may offer Non Limited Edition items and these are returnable if you change your mind, or the item is not as you expected.

Item not as you expected on delivery?
If on accepting delivery you find your purchase is damaged or the wrong item(s).

Please let us know as soon as possible and the easiest way is to complete our Contact form on this site with the following details:

1) Order reference

2) Reason for return: damage or incorrect item(s), size or image. 

We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please return the item within 14 days of initial delivery, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. We will send a replacement or offer an alternative if the edition has no further availability.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received the returned item and let you know when a refund is approved. We would hope to refund your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we notified you of refund processing please email us at artist@sketch-thought-sketch.com
